May be that little bit of luck last night will kick start a run of decent results. Luck (along with a lot of other things) has been missing of late so who knows. The result doesn't hide the overall poor performance and what seemed to be a lack of ideas from the management last night.
Great that many of the players came over to the supporters to thank them for the support last night - shows that they do care and appreciate the fans..

At the same time, Frank also said that he sat through the replay of the Billericay game 3 times!  I doubt there are any fans out there who could do the same!

True - but AFTER I put on the original message!!!!!

Does it really take three views to work out where everything went wrong ??? ( but that's a different conversation).

What I'm saying is -  as he is using a name that has tmufc he should possibly use a bit more tact when tweeting about his great dinner after getting stuffed earlier in the day - it doesn't look good.. If Frank was using his own (Non tmufc) account then I could not really give a .......

May be I'm wide of the mark here but - If I was the manager of a football team that had just been stuffed 6 - 2 at home and were propping up the table. Knowing that the majority of supporters are at home on Saturday really pissed off and many follow my postings - would I go on Twitface to say how wonderful my 600g steak was the night after the game????

Apparently Flegg is on holiday and Chace has a bad back - no idea how bad.
Despite everything there were one or two positives from the game. The youngsters - Jones, DMG, Bennett and the new lad in the middle looked good and all gave 100%. If (and its a very big IF) the team can perform as they did during the second half we might stay up. The defence  needs to be sorted urgently, at least 4 of the goals were defensive errors.
Beginning to think Frank is not the man to keep us up this year - a new man might not either but it could be worth a try???
Never seen my daughter so depressed as she was during and after the game on Saturday, but as I explained that is the "Joy" of watching Tooting....

Totally  agree with you Bondy.

Met Police are not a good side and should have been comfortably beaten.

Have tried very hard to think of something positive  to say about today's game and all I can come up with is that it finished.......

In the words of Private  Fraser "we're  doomed"... unless something  changes VERY soon. Some players seem to have given up already.

Yes, Dixon had a good goal ruled out but how many good chances went begging?

Next home game Billericay - God help us....

Alan. On the whole it's not to bad and I accept that at football there will always be a bit of swearing and it is mainly from one or two offenders. I agree with Harry that behind the goal is not the place for kids to be and the club will not attract new supporters until something is done about it. TMU would like to be a family club but won't ever be as long as this continues.

Harry - it's not just the Bog End where the foul language comes from. I'm no saint but sitting in the stand with my 10 year old daughter can be just as unpleasant, there is even a member of the club committee (who I will not name) that is constantly swearing and shouting at players and officials, not really a good example for the rest..

Am I missing something here but the OED definition of Forum is:
"a meeting or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged."
Agreed personal insults are not the way to go and should be prevented - but everyone has a view that may or may not be the same as the next person.
So unless we are now living in a dictatorship where opposing views can end one person in the Poo (can I say Poo on this forum?) I can't see any reason why things can't carry on pretty much as they were.
The likes for Bondy are the backbone of this clubs loyal support and cutting them off is rather silly - in my opinion!!

Can't quite believe that Kyle Merson is not in the squad for the Casuals match tonight. I understand he has been fit for sometime after his back injury. How long will a decent keeper stay without getting a game?

I can't see how we can ignore the talents of Tenny Adebowale.  Unfortunately it seems that if Wedgeworth plays, Tenny doesn't  Surely we can fit him in midfield or on the left hand side.  I know he gets the occasional game for the under 23's but I don't know how Frank can ignore him.

Agree, how does Sol PB seem to get a game when Tenny is left out? I know he's  not a right back but nor is Sol, who in my view is out of his depth in this division.

Last night was never going to easy against a good Margate side who have only conceded 12 goal this season in the league, it was made even harder by poor defending (again).
