AN APPEAL TO ALL OUR SUPPORTERS

On behalf of the entire playing squad and coaching team, a big “thank you” for your support. It was invaluable throughout last season; it spurred us on and inspired us to achieve.

The season is barely over but we’re already working tirelessly plotting our campaign to continue our growth and make improvements that will see us as serious competitors in the Ryman Premier Division in the 17/18 Season. The Club’s Chairman has confirmed increased finance available to help achieve this aim; however, the more money we can raise over and above that, the stronger the team we can put together. We cannot place the burden of financing on the Club’s shoulders alone; we need all of us, the Club, Members and Supporters to all pull together for our common passion, Tooting & Mitcham Utd,

So how can you make a difference and help us succeed? I am making this personal appeal to all our Supporters to help by making a contribution that will give a further boost to the budget for next season. There are many ways you can help:

• Buy a season ticket, introduce a new season ticket holder, or just buy an extra one for a mate.

• For £1000 you could sign up for our newly formed Presidents Club. As a member of the Presidents Club you will represent TM United as a Statesman and have an advisory role to the Club. You will receive access to all league games with up to 3 guests, accreditation and access to the Club Boardroom

• If you own a small business you could sponsor us via one of our low-cost advertising packages which start at just £250 for a pitch side banner and a season ticket, or £500 + VAT for a banner plus programme advert and two season tickets

• If you work for a local business, you could talk to your employer and see if they may be interested in sponsoring the Club in return for advertising

The Club will be publishing more details on these schemes but please act now. Paul and I want to continue building a team that the Supporters are proud of – but we do need your financial support too to help make that happen. Every extra £1000 of income we can generate for the club puts an additional £20 per week into our budget. That may not sound a lot but it soon adds up – and could be the difference between a player signing or not.
