Given the Ryman Premier League play off dates have been disrupted by Enfield playing a player they should not have, i wonder whether the play off final will be delayed and thus in turn the LSC final date be delayed ?
What the odds on the LSC Final being a pre season game 😉

I notice that Enfield have made a plea of mitigation to the other club chairmen in which they ask that they take their 3 point penalty NEXT season! I'm sure Plod will agree to that!

I tweeted Gary McCann, the Hendon manager and asked him if he felt all the play off hassles would effect the LSC date, he replied " I would have thought so" 😯

But don't forget, as Tim Megone once advised, County Cup competitions take precedence over everything, including the outbreak of World War III. Given that I believe Hendon's parent FA is London then they may well pull rank over the Ryman League - we will just have to wait and see. All we know for certain at present is that Hendon's scheduled play off semi final against Enfield due to be played this Thursday has been postponed whilst Enfield' s case is referred to the FA

I will be absolutely raging if the date gets changed again!!!!!! If it gets moved to the following week, then that would count me out!!!!
From the Hendon website - posted on Monday at 10pm
"Monday 27 April - Update on play-off situationThe club would like to update supporters with regard to the latest situation over the play-offs. We are aware that there are various messages and reports doing the rounds on social media, but we are yet to receive definite confirmation from the Ryman League that the semi-final will not take place on Thursday. Club officials will be speaking to the Ryman League tomorrow, and we are planning to issue a further update at some point during the day once we have some definite, confirmed news from the league and/or the Football Association.Posted at 22:12"

Don't see why our date should change.

The added problem is that if Enfield fail in their appeal, Met Police will take their place in the play offs but they have the Surrey Senior Cup Final next Wednesday.

So let Met Police and Hendon play their cup finals on the correct date.

The usual Ryman League shambles!!!

The people I feel most sorry for are Craig & Adam and the players, lets hope it gets sorted out very quickly.

You've opened an old wound for me there Tim. On January 23rd 1991 Chelsea demolished Spurs 3-0 at White Flag Lane in a League cup replay. As I settled down in front of the TV to watch the highlights the announcer said that due to some pillock in the coalition forces high command ordering a series of air strikes on Baghdad a special programme would follow and the football highlights show had been cancelled. When Bill Shankly said football was more important than life and death I think it was this sort of occasion he was referring to. To this day I've never seen the goals.
Maybe Tim Megone is right, I've just checked the history of the London Senior Cup and while the competition was suspended for the duration of WW1 it was played every year during WW2 indeed the 1942-43 season saw us beat Harry's other team 5-4 in the final.

What a farcical, shambolic situation.
The Ryman League have announced that the Premier Division play-off semi-final between Hendon and Enfield Town is postponed. The fixture will remain postponed until such times as the matter of the FA investigation into the possibility that Enfield Town played an ineligible player has been resolved and there is a clear indication as to the continued involvement of Enfield Town in the play-off matches. In the meantime the Margate versus Dulwich Hamlet semi-final fixture will go ahead on Thursday as planned.
What this means for the LSC who knows?!!

Another consideration is that some players will be leaving with Craig and Adam. So how long well they stay around to play the final for.? How will they be paid ,will they stick around for 3 weeks unpaid before the final?
That would be 3 weeks after a match they will not be match fit?
I see this has also affected the Middlesex final.
What mess.
The thing is this was known about in January so why has it taken so long to deal with it? Two cup finals disrupted. The play off semi and possibly final may also suffer.
Ryman League madness.
This really makes my blood boil. The fact that this has been known for over three months and naff all has been done!!!! What sort of clowns are running our league???

What an utter shambles! Well done Ryman. How can Craig and the boys prepare?

Don't worry about that Endo he'll be double busy on Thursday. It's Martin Hazelwood's fault......before Saturdays game Martin mentioned that where our ground is situated doesn't feel like Mitcham, Morden or Tooting.......Harry's ears pricked up and now (thanks to his love of modern communication methods) he's busying himself bombarding people with PM's, DM's, texts, blogs, conference calls, tweets in his campaign to get our club's name changed to Wandle Valley Hamlet
I listened to Martin and Harry's conversation to see how long it would take Harry to begin with a sentence " I know I keep going on about them and people take the micky but they must be doing something right " I timed it at 8 seconds.
