Tooting & Mitcham well represented
Beddington Community Centre was the venue for last night's annual ' Brain of Hackbridge ' competition and I'm delighted to say one of our young supporters Anthony Harrold won the ' Under 11's ' section. Anthony's father almost emulated his success by reaching a tiebreaker in the final but when the quizmaster asked " Which 'H' is a large Cigar from Cuba ?" Harry somewhat predictably shouted out "HAMLET !" and the title was lost.
Oh Harry mate, Harry, the world doesn't end at Champion Hill ya know.
