Would love to know what the story was behind the changes from the start and during half time!! and did this match up with the practice in pre season?

Best thing about today was the music.
This has to be as bad as it can be allowed to get.
Looked like a team of inidividuals who had not played together before.
Bringing on three subs at half time, to me, smacks of panic, thank goodness we did not sustain an injury.
I can not see Steve Adkins being pleased with his selection of a new management team, as we do not appear to have moved forward, at least before we knew how to pass to a team mate, I know it was not perfect and no doubt some things had to change, but the end result this season, so far, is unsatisfactory and we need a sharp improvement otherwise a playoff spot is out of the question.
I tried to think of some positives from todays game and came up with the following - The sun shone and the beer was good and that's about it.
Pathetic performance, two very poor sides only Tooting were worse than Walton!!!!

Did the management tell the rest of the team that Dan was starting today? Because they sure as hell played like they did not know that he was there. No service whatsoever.
It was a terrible display, and unless Jordan was injured they took the wrong center back off at half time.

Like Tuesday, we created nothing. We simply have not strung 3 passes together in the opposition half over the last 2 games. I've counted 3 efforts on target in 2 games. The midfield look sluggish and the defence seem continually outnumbered. Set pieces are hopeless - both attacking and defending. And I can't suggest anything that would put it right.
I think we have used 20 players so far and not one of them have demanded a starting spot based on performances.
I know there are stil 43 games to go, but I have to admit that I am concerned.
"some players already making exit plans very worrying"
If those players include
Robinson
Treacher
Knock
Siaw
Pinnock
Chendlik
Simeone
Then who really cares - none of them were good enough for this (poor quality) division.

It always takes time for players to buy in to a new system. You have to give Frank some credit for making a statement with the changes he made at half time. My issue with the systems are that over the last couple of years changes were practised in training and the players were allowed to gradually form a blend. Did this not happen ? I couldnt be there today help me out I need a bit of a silver lining !!!! Also Knock is a decent player and Pinnock too can play this level.

It was probably the right call to make a drastic half time change, but unfortunately it didn't affect the general pattern of play. The main reason I'm so worried is that I can't see anything to build on.

Oh Gary, you are like the old women of the French Revolution, knitting furiously by the side of the guillotine as the heads rolled.

Bondy: perhaps Gary could knit T&M bobble hats and make the club some money
