Well yesterday's tragedy on the A27 certainly puts things into perspective. I saw from an FB posting made by Mark Beard this morning that two players from Worthing Utd lost their lives yesterday whilst travelling to their game with Loxwood when the plane crashed onto the A27 yesterday. This on top of hearing that after yesterday's game at Stompond Lane, one of our opponents returned to the dressing room to learn that his brother had been killed in a road accident earlier in the day.
I'm sure that all TMUFC officials and supporters will join me in extending our deepest sympathy to all those that have been impacted by these tragedies. It certainly puts thing into perspective.

Awful news about the Worthing lads. As an ex-Brighton resident I travelled that road regularly and always when watching Tooting at Worthing and Bognor.
It was a shock to see about the crash last night here in Dubai, and even more so when my wife just texted to tell me about the Worthing players.
As you say it puts everything else into perspective. I share the condolences that will come from the club and the fans, especially the Bog Enders to the families of the two lads and to all Worthing supporters.
