    Dales Diary A week and a bit

    Please dont blame me (sorry us) for that result last night. Following the game last night me and Ginge agreed to bring in a no blame culture to the club it worked for me at Birmingham Ladies, Farnborough and Godalming for me and also for Frank.
    For me I didnt get the blame for getting anything right or wrong which kept everyone happy (and to be fair got me this job), and Frank refused to blame the groundstaff at Walton when he got splinters from their bench .
    There is plenty of time for me to make my (sorry our ) stamp and this will happen starting on Saturday. Last night was a blip and by week 12 Diary if we are in the play offs or the bottom three please dont blame us as its important to get this culture going right through the club as progress doesnt really matter its the thought that counts.
    We are just grateful for the opportunity Mr Adkins , Sir Adkins , Chairman Adkins , His highness Adkins, for giving me ( sorry us ) the opportunity to take this club as far up or down as we can. Speak next week Daley

    Apologies but I (I mean we, theres no I in TEAM, Bondy told me ) have agreed to call my column here the Dale'y weekly. I (we) dont want to confuse people but as so much turmoil happens at Tooting on a Daily basis i (we) thought we (sod it cant keep this going..) would try and dilute it slightly by only informing you of happenings weekly as opposed to Daley hence the name 'Daley weekly' (Catchy eh? hope you like it). However understanding that so many problems tend to happen on an hourly basis at the KNK if you prefer 'Daley Hourly' please let me (us...you know what I mean ) know . Cheers Daley

    Honestly, I prefer none at all ! 

    Just let the guys get on with managing and coaching the club in peace !

    None of us knows what happens behind the scenes and if we assume that we (that word again) do we are all kidding ourselves.

    Don't listen to rumours or some thing that somebody who's a has-been player elsewhere has said or may have made something up for the fun of it on a social (??) media site.

    The ONLY people that know what's going on are Frank & Paul, so leave them alone to work it all out.

    Rant over !!! 

    I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left !
