I am never to proud to admit a mistake, when Frank first joined us I was one of those people in , oh no! brigade, Craig had a lot of admirers within the fans, me being one of them and his being made to leave in the manner it was carried out left a sour taste in the mouth.
So in my book Frank had a lot to prove myself, and a lot of other like minded supporters, that he was the right choice
It must have been very difficult for him knowing that he was not the supporters choice, and he had a lot to do to prove us all wrong.
This over time he has done, once his previous assistant left and he then had full control over the way the team played, you saw an immediate change in our style of play, no longer was it "hoof it" football but following in the traditions of his predecessor, it was balls to feet and not giving it away so cheaply.
He has now made the team his own, and some of his decisions have left me baffled, but he felt they were right at the time, and we have to respect him for that.
I am not saying we are out of the woods yet by any stretch of the imagination, but we are well on our way, after Tuesdays game I felt our play could not get much better but today proved me wrong, had you reversed the table and were an impartial visitor you could not have been blamed for thinking we were the team fighting for a play off spot and Dorking were the team down the bottom.
Keep it up Frank and you will eventually win those people over who doubted your suitability, unless of course they are too proud to admit when they are wrong.
I for one am not, I was wrong and are happy to say so, because at the end all I want to see is my team progress and play a style of football which I find entertaining, like the Dorking supporters sitting behind me today they were all in agreement that the best team did not just win, but won with style. and i just hope that the progress we are showing continues.
WELL DONE FRANK AND OF COURSE THE COACHES, AND NOT FORGETTING THE PLAYERS, TODAY YOU RESTORED SOME PRIDE IN OUR TEAM

Well said Alan.I came home a very happy fan today. We not only won but with style and purpose When we equalised most teams in our position might have settle for a draw, not us we kept pressing.

That is the kind of response I expected from you Gary, and you did not disappoint.
If you took the time to read my posting properly you would have read, that things have steadily improved since Hamsey left, and I was talking about the quality of football, culminating in the last half dozen games where there is no comparison with the team at the beginning of the season to the football we are now playing, is that not a reason to be pleased.
I sometimes wonder if there is a hidden agenda behind your negativity, either that or you deliberately chose to ignore the obvious.
But that is your loss, for me, I am happy with the situation and feel it can only get better, if that is possible!
Keep it up FRANK!

Nobody is getting carried away Gary, just stating facts, I have been around on this earth for too long for that, but I can appreciate the highs and cherish them, because I know that the lows are probably not too far away.

Sol P may have tapped in a penalty yesterday but Chips still lost, as did your "other" team Carshalton - both complete with their ex-Tooting players.
