Christmas greetings from Yorkshire

A very happy Christmas to you all and best wishes for a successful second half of the season. While you were enjoying yourselves in Guernsey I was watching Harrogate Town play Brackley. It was our annual free admission day which attracted around 1,000 more than our basic home gates of about 400 (excluding away supporters). Unfortunately it was a poor quality match so I doubt if many who came for the freebie will be paying £13 any time soon. Harrogate found the match difficult and hardly created any chances so I think T and M did well to score against them. Town's hard core supporters (which I suppose now includes me) were singing "we want our money back"  just before Town scored the only goal with the last kick of the match. It keeps us in the promotion hunt though  I don't think we are good enough to go up. I suppose if Bromley can do it.anything must be possible. I hope to be at Imperial Fields before the end of the season, The Guernsey match is a possibility....
