Anybody see 'Secret LIfe of a Bus Garage' on Tuesday night? (ITV at 11pm)
It was an interesting little documentary about the larger than life characters who work at Stockwell Bus Garage.
I was only half watching while loading scores to my Euro 2016 wall chart when my ears picked up at a well known voice from the past.
And I looked up to find our old mate Nigel Wood, who is/was General Manager there, enthusing about the ethnic diversity of the work force..
I'm sure you can pick it up on ITV Catch Up.

Oh dear, sorry chaps, must admit I did not watch it to the end.
Needed the space on my Sky box for this weekends 4 rugby matches and the footie.
Shame.
Still, sounds from Mike as if he is gainfully employed.
Which number bus do you catch from Stockwell to Singapore?

The chief was this chap from Ghana, who in his home country was a village chief with seven wives.....he had been driving buses for 20 years and had an accident which led to him getting the sack. Nigel Wood was introduced to the viewers as the big boss......
.....mind you I fell asleep and missed the last 15 mins or so myself, it was very late.
