Hi! Andy,
Have you ever tried Hogs Back OTT ale, it is a dark ale 6.% and certainly appeals to me.
Your expert opinion would be appreciated.

A lovely dark Ale Alan. Yes I tried it at a Beer Festival. Really nice but hard to find!

Sainsburys have started doing a beer by Morretti called 'Sciciliana' which is quite probably the nicest thing I've ever drunk (apart from strawberry flavoured Nesquick) 5.8% if you claim to like beer, try it or shut the fcuk up. It's gorgeous, trust me.

Had a bottle in an Italian restaurant in Banstead. Quite a tasty drop for a lager. And a snip at £4.95 a bottle.

Just purchased 12 bottles at £40 - 00 incl. carriage, what a bargain!
Thanks Andy I will try and save you one.
Cricket I am surprised at you, you of all people should know I do not drink fizzy water stuff.
Thanks Endo, as I live close to Banstead, what was the name of the restaurant as I love Italian food, not sure about the lager though.

Until yesterday, they had OTT on the pumps at my local Spoons in North Cheam.
Not that I've tried it. Hogsback beers don't do that much for me.

To think Fretters that North Cheam is just ten minutes down the road from me.
So close yet so far!

Wow. Thanks Al. I'm sure you will love it! Yummy.

Ashtree, are you not familiar with the phrase 'Don't knock it till you've tried it.' ??? Fizzy water ? Really ? I mean REALLY ? Nothing could be further from the truth. I'll bring you a bottle tomorrow and you can use it to wash down the Humble Pie you're going to have to swallow

Nothing I like better than "PIE"

Started on my order after yesterdays game, just to calm myself down, well worth the money and I went back for second`s.

No draught beer in the club bar last night. And all the bottled stuff ran out very quickly as well.
And that was after I complemented them on the beer supplied on Saturday and was assured another barrel was being delivered for Tuesday.
Shame with two consecutive home games.
Now that really is something to moan about!

Sorry you were unable to obtain a pint Bondy, but it was on before the kick off but for how long I am not sure.
Make up for at Leiston on Saturday.
You know it makes sense.
