What we need is leaders on the pitch... It seems very quiet during games... No shouting or talking between players. At H&Y a couple of weeks ago their denfence were shouting and yelling and commuicating even when they had the game won.... We have very gifted players we just need people to take charge on the pitch.

I agree with HH.
Maybe the new defenders, which I like the look of, Lexus "The Toyota Upgrade" Beeden and Brandon "The Dentist" Tiller(who didn't on Saturday) are not comfortable giving orders yet.
