A great performance last night on a perfect pitch.  Credit to our groundsman who must had worked hard to get it right.

A draw was the right result. They had a goal disallowed and we cleared a certain goal off the line.
A great team performance by Tooting all round. A different team from last season, with attacking wing backs, left and right and a strong midfield. Three new players stood out, our No. 6, 8, & 2. – Jordy Ndozid, Wassiem Ahmed, and Freddie Jones.

However, the whole team played well, and on this performance, we will do well this season if they continue as they started. It’s obvious that the squad will have to compete for their place if they want regular football at Tooting & Mitcham. Well done Jamie, and staff. I can see you have been working hard pre-season based upon last night’s team performance. Long may it continue.
