The cup run
It hasn't been exactly scintillating, but we are in the final. It makes those early rounds worthwhile. We started off with a scratchy 1-1 draw at home to Croydon before prevailing on pens. Away to Erith, we started well, but faded later, and needed a late Pinnock goal to seal the deal. Then we were one penalty kick from being eliminated at Cockfosters before Badiali came to the rescue. And then last night we were always at risk of conceding an equaliser. But nevertheless we are in the final, so perhaps we have saved our best performance for that!
There is one quarter final remaining - Hendon v Corinthian Casuals which will be played on 26th March. The winners of that will be away to Harrow in the semi final.
The final is pencilled in for Wednesday 6th May at Met Police.

Don't take this as Gospel, but I did hear that Hendon walloped Casuals 5-1 last night to set up a semi-final against Harrow. Gutted, I really wanted Casuals in the final.......their fans are loud and colourful, it's local for them so they would turn up in good numbers to swell the attendance, we'd have a better chance of beating them than the other two teams and apart from all that my mate Lee Hall would have got me and Joe in for nothing
