Margate FC 0 Tooting & Mitcham Hero's 4

Yes 4 ! Diddy and Zac scored one each and Super Danny Bassett scored 2. I am just sorry I am not able to make away games. This result with the Dorking result must go down as one of the best of the season. This could be a great season.
Great Stuff boys!

Re: Margate FC 0 Tooting & Mitcham Hero's 4

An outstanding team performance after a low key start from both teams.
Many Margate fans turned up expecting a comfortable stroll on their "Plastic pitch."
Abdelah Sahnoun is looking better and better at Right Wing Back and a special mention to our "front five"( Didi,Connor,DANNY,Abdelah & Razzaq) who caused Margate so many problems. The Defencive three (Dean, Sol & Nathan) was solid and disciplined along with the two (DMG & Akeem Belford) in central midfield and not forgetting Mr Shaw, another clean sheet.
A couple of worries are that Danny ended the game holding his thigh and Dontai Stewart looked to have pulled a hamstring.

Great result and hoping for another one Monday night when Harrogate Town meet Portsmouth in the FA Cup - live on BT Sport. Incidentally there were no less than 7 ex-Town players in the Boston team that defeated Carshalton.
