What's the story behind him leaving and coming back?

Should we be preparing for another departure and leap up the pole after the election?

Certainly neither saying I like it or dislike it - just curious as to the mechanics and reasoning behind it.

I mean I like football and I like Italy as a country but I don't think that qualifies me to be Chairman of AC Milan.
