The Marsden March
On Sunday I will be embarking on a 14 mile yomp from the Royal Marsden Hospital in Chelsea to their fellow hospital in Sutton / Banstead. Yes, even with my sparkling new hip!
The March is just one of the many events the supporters of the Marsden put on to raise funds towards their vital treatment of cancer, a disease that will have touched most of us.
Some of you very kindly sponsored me on 26 mile Moonwalk just two years ago but given that this will be in aid of a hospital that is local to many of the zebra clad faithful I provide the link below in case you cared to contribute in some small way.

Very much appreciated.
I think we are up to nearly £700 which is great.
Warmed up today with a 7 mile zig zag around Wimbledon golf course.
If you look at the Royal Marsden website you can see the incredible sums raised by those who have suffered devastating losses. Huge credit to them for having the courage to find a positive.

Lovely day on a brilliantly organised walk.
Enjoying a cold beer now to ease the pain but delighted that with the help of my zebra clad friends the girls & I raised nearly £1,200.
