Programme Awards 2015-16

I'm somewhat dismayed  but congrats to Herne Bay who once again (fix ) managed to scoop the Ryman South Programme of the Year award !

1st  Herne Bay
2nd  Corinthian Casuals
=3rd Hastings United & Tooting & Mitcham

Tooting & Mitcham Utd :-  =35th overall in all non-League semi-pro programmes.

Not wishing to blow trumpets etc., but having shelled out for one of Herne Bay's programmes this season just gone I'm confused as what the organisers of this competition expect from a programme. Ah well, onwards and upwards.

Don`t let the b******s grind your gears DeePee, we know who the true recipient of that accolade should be.
Keep it up buddy as we all appreciate your efforts.

Yes - what Alan said!  You know how highly I regard the programme , as do many.

It must be more to do with presentation than content DeePee. In fairness to Herne Bay and the likes of Guernsey and Corinthian Casuals their programmes wouldn't look out of place in the Barclays Premier League but there is little of any great substance inside them whereas 'The Terror' is jam packed full of interesting things to get your teeth into. Also a lot of the humour is quite esoteric with jokes about trifle and Harry's love of things pink and blue so it's probably lost on the outside world. I bet if we had glossy pages we'd win by a street, ours is far and away the best read even if it looks cheap and cheerful.

"Cheap and cheerful, you can say that again !"

Does not compute.  In the interests of enlightenment for the masses please explain your comment ?
What are YOU looking for in a programme then ?

I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left !
