I sadly could not make the game yesterday but another fantastic win.
Well done lads.
Why no feedback chaps? Still hung over from the beer festival?
Come on, what did you all think.
All opinions welcomed and valued (well, within reason)

It was probably more comfortable than the scoreline suggests. Ramsgate started the brighter and Pierson was in action several times early on. However it was us who opened the scoring from a corner. Yes, from a corner. Dunn got a head to it, but in the resulting mêlée stand in left back Bash Alimi managed to toe it over the line. After that we bossed the game for an hour and when Roberts blasted in our 3rd, it was only what we deserved. Their first was fortunate as a long cross from deep was over hit and flew into the net over Pierson's head. Ramsgate had a good 10 minutes and made it 3-2 with a far post conversion. It got a bit frantic after that but for every chance they had we created 2. Nevertheless we are indebted to Pierson for another 1 on 1 save in the dying minutes. Not for the first time this season either.
I was particularly pleased how we recovered from an indifferent start and turned it around. Also, despite the 2 goals I think our makeshift defence did pretty well.

On the whole a great performance. We started a bit nervous I thought, but once we settled we played very well. When I saw team sheet I thought we would struggle defensively, but actually defended better.Quincy was a great stand in skipper, talking to all around him.Dines and Bash did well at full back. And Adriano had good 2nd debut.Dunn looks fitter every game.Things going well, fingers crossed.

We are scoring 2.6 goals a game which division winning stuff, but only if Frank and Paul get the defence sorted out. Too many soft goals are being conceded and it needs to be stopped.

True - but like Barcelona a few years back "if you score 4 we'll score 5"
Not that we are as good a Barcelona but you know what I mean!!

We hit the bar twice in this game and I think I'm right in saying we hit the bar twice against Staines and twice against South Park. Hopefully our luck will change soon and we'll give someone a hammering.

I'd gladly take a 5-4 win over Guernsey tomorrow night. If the prolific Ross Allen brings his shooting boots with him it might well be something like that. We are creating chances galore, I'm loving it.
