MS Collection Day

All, Please help out in anyway you can this coming home fixture against Lewes on Saturday 15th October 2016.
Our good friends from the Wandsworth Branch of the MS society will be joining us to help raise funds for their group.

Since we held this last year a number of their members have come over to our home games and have all said how much they enjoyed it watching the Terrors.

So any spare change you have will be very welcome....

Cheers Hackbridge Harry x

Re: MS Collection Day

What are you doing Harry ? The prospect of a collection bucket could halve the crowd knowing our lot ! Still, I pledge to donate £20 to compensate for some of the missing tightwads.

Re: MS Collection Day

..............and perhaps "Endo" could bung in his taxi fare from Norwich as a penalty fine after he gazumped a cab back to town leaving a couple of blokes short of a seat !  The air was a tad blue.

I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left !

Re: MS Collection Day

LOL - I feel sure I was invited into Taxi No.1.  Nevertheless, I will pay my 50p fine into the colection box.

Re: MS Collection Day

Were you one of the gazumpees DeePee ?

I'm not at all surprised, he pushed in front of me at the bar a couple of home games ago  I think he should up his contribution on Saturday to £1.

Re: MS Collection Day

I've just realised that I'm away this weekend and will miss this game.  I don't want people thinking I've skipped it because I didn't want to get collared for 50p.

Can someone put something in the bucket for me - and I'll pay for the next taxi.

Re: MS Collection Day

I think Bondy should do it Ashtree, he's a big noise in the City therefore loaded ! Funny, but for years I thought he was a taxi driver.

Re: MS Collection Day

I certainly was something big in the City Boggie.  (I tend to be something big wherever I am)
However as of 2nd September I am one if those poor retired people sitting at home all day watching repeats of Tipping Point.  And stuffing pound coins in all the matresesses in fear Brexit will lead to the collapse of my pension funds.

I will sadly also be missing the Lewes game for a birthday celebration in Devon but if HH would kindly contribute £5 of his hard earned to the bucket collection I will reimburse him at the Tuesday game, or when next we see each other.  Thanks.

Re: MS Collection Day

There is no Tuesday game Bondy !!  Chatham match OFF - rearranged for Nov 1st (unless we need a replay against Dunstable in the FA Trophy)

I started out with nothing and I've still got most of it left !
