Hi there, firstly apologies about the timing of the post - I'm aware the post just before mine concerns the passing of a long time Tooting fan.  For John Steptoe's family I am sorry for the loss and hope my post so soon after doesn't seem too insensitive.  It's just time is of the essence and I need to get this message to a few people.

This is to say a big thank you to the Tooting fans who signed my wedding card and it was lovely to see some familiar faces on the day (looking at Fretters, Tooting Tim and Chezzer & family) as well.  It's been a mad few days so we only caught up on the cards this morning.  I was so pleased and humbled to see the big card that numerous Bog End characters had signed at the Lewes game and it means a lot to me.........I will be scouring the fixtures for a suitable time to come down and see you all for a drink and a game soon.  Now the planning for house and wedding stuff has calmed down I should have more time to actually attend a game!

I've certainly missed all the characters this year, been so busy.  But when I saw the card (faithfully delivered by Mr. Fretters) I was so chuffed and hopefully I'll be along to say thanks in person soon.  Cheers again gents, top crowd : )
