    Academy game v Aldershot Town

    Bondy - I know that you have been known to attend these games now that you're a man of leisure - if you were planning on going today have you seen that the ko time has been changed to 12:00?

    I was indeed planning to attend the game today and had, only moments ago, booked an eye appointment for 12 o'clock.
    I better see if I can change it.

    Not sure of reasons yet but just had a message from one of the coaches to say that the game has been subject to a very late postponement!

    So I rearranged my eye appointment from 12 to 16.30 and pitched up at the game to find......
    Balls.

    I will certainly enquire about the Cyclops option so brilliantly portrayed on the silver screen by Bernard Bresslaw many years ago however I suspect the cost might prove a stumbling block.
    And it would ruin my good looks.
