I was in Krakow when we lost at home to Hythe Town earlier this season Endo so I hope we're luckier when you go. There is a great football bar called ' English Football Pub' ( no kidding ) just off the main square in the old quarter located at Mikolajska 5. It is a cellar type bar with a screen in each of the 3 bars showing live English football matches, the walls are adorned with English football memorabilia like framed team shirts, posters, photos, scarves etc. In truth most of the stuff is about the big clubs in England although I did spot an Everton poster and a Crystal Palace make-up pouch. Not ideal for a family jaunt, more of a lads bar, but if you can sneak off for an hour or so it's well worth a visit.

Did you hear about the Polish bloke having his eyes tested at Specsavers ? The optician says to him " Okay Maciek, can you read the bottom line of the eyechart for me " the bottom line had the letters....
