That's because the tannoy seemed to be playing up and you couldn't hear what was being said.

Ah. That would be more a case of the announcer playing up. Someone left our usual microphone at home that evening so we had to use a different one. I did tell Roy that he had to hold it right up to his mouth however it was clearly a case of microphobia as I agree it sounded more like the announcer from the Wheeltappers and shunters club!
As a side note, Roy has received a one match suspension following his poor performance on Tuesday night and will be replaced this weekend by someone equally as inproficient!!! We still have the same replacement microphone this weekend however provided I follow my own advice the sound will hopefully be a little clearer!
