Yes! I couldn't quite believe that when I went through the fixtures yesterday. The local chemist will be selling lots of Deep Heat and Radox.......you'll be able to spot a South Park player from a 100 paces due to the menthol......

We played 18 league games in the last 36 days of the season when we won the League in 2000-01, the last 15 games in 26 days, and we finished with 5 games in 6 days.
For those of you who may be reasonably new supporters, check out the season.

I remember it well. It was exhausting...for the supporters. Heaven knows how the players got through it.

And we played the last game of the season, unbeaten at home, against Horsham and their frigging 'donkey riding' fans. We lost due to exhaustion more than anything and I still can remember those fans singing
'Tooting & Mitcham, Tooting & Mitcham can we play you every week
Can we play you every week'
They did the double over us.
I think I despise them more than I do Dulwich from then on!!!
Please remember this in the weeks to come...

Hopefully we'll be sending the U21's in to battle against the Dulwits from Dog Dirt Hill !
Save the first team for the real fight and humiliate Dulwits even further by thrashing them with the kids.
Nurse the screens ............ or am I dreaming again ?

And talking of fixture pile-ups, I see Dulwich have a league game against Leatherhead on the Tuesday before playing us two days later on Thursday 6th April
All received, thanks so much for that - but I am leaning towards DeePee's logic, seven games left in the league is a tall order at the same time as the LSC : o

I think this is what Greenwich Borough have done in the LSC as well, losing 5-2 to Haringey Borough last night

No, I think they had their 1st team out. Lewwis Spence, Bradley Pritchard, Charlie McDonald - all players with football league experience.
I think this actually goes down as a shock result.
EDIT:
Having said that, Haringey are in with a shout of the playoffs, so could easily be playing in the Ryman Premier next season, so maybe not so much of a shock.

Ah.....thank you Mr. Endo.....I will confess, I saw the result, then thought of what DeePee said and the two seemed to go together. Didn't look into it more than that. Glad we have explored it a bit further though, an interesting situation and maybe exposes some Greenwich weakness
