Dear fellow bogenders

Myself and Adam are running the Lisbon half marathon this weekend all in the aid for Adams big 50th celebration. Training has gone well as it could with work weather hampering a sub 2 hours assault on finish time but hey it's a marathon not a sprint as they say like Tmufc season so far.

I lost my mother just after Xmas and I want to give something back to society and her memory as she passed away with Alzeimers / Dementia so I would like to raise something for the charity and would be grateful if you will put your name down on here or message my personal number 07759455567 with your name and donation pleaaaaaase.

I missed the Thurrock away as postponed so couldn't ask you all so please dig deep I know it's that time of the year with bills but anything is something and I will collect your donations at the Hendon game .
