Bog End Travel together to away games suggestions
Was talking to a few guys last night and a conversation struck with why don't we all as in everyone travel together to away games? So this got me thinking and made a few suggestions which I would like to share.
So for example,
we all pick a particular away game and organise a minibus, we all chip in with the costs and have a booze bus style(jolly boys) pick up at imperial Fields early stop off at a cafe and at various pubs en route and do similar travelling back to the fields
or Same as above but with public transport so if travelling say to Sittingbourne meet in central London and travel on mass together
These are just suggestions would like to hear some thoughts on this.
The feel good factor is good at the moment so let us as supporters join in with this and be united as one

I love the minibus idea Chezzer, a couple of seasons back your old sparring partner Stan organised a couple, one to Whitstable......phwoar,what a skinful......and one to Maidstone United with a country pub stop off on the way back from both. Fantastic days out. I'd be well up for more of them.

I could not agree more with you Chris,as you know at away games I always stand behind the goal, purely to help in my small way to lift the team, only problem is the view you get of the game, whereas at Imperial Fields sitting in the stand gives you a much better overall view.

[I was thinking last night. For one game would the Bogend Army consider standing on the side with me near our attacking goal?
Talking to a few of the players they really enjoy hearing our support. ]
Are you familiar with the saying about 'taking the mountain to Mohammad' Gary ? Why don't you come and stand behind the goal ? Firstly you'll get a better view being above ground level, secondly you wont get piss wet through if it chucks it down like last night and thirdly the atmosphere will be better due to the noise resonating off the cover.
And as a bonus I'll buy you a pie....how does that sound ?

Minibus idea is really good, but I probably wouldn't be able to board without an adult.

I think you will find the interest is too low to be viable Geoff.
Several of us were discussing this last season and could not get it off the ground.
