    David Cobb RIP

    Sadly David Cobb has died.

    Tooting's goalie against Crystal Palace in the FA Cup First Round 1974-1975 when he saved a penalty from Alan Whittle.

    Sad news, great goalkeeper and will always be remembered by those who witnessed him playing.  Not a very big man for a goalkeeper but was agile and brilliant. Another piece of Tooting's great history disappears.

    RIP Cobby, and deepest condolences to  his family and friends
