Tuesday was an evening of delight for Tooting & Mitcham.

A balanced side that passed the ball around with ease, creating opportunities and goals.
bearing in mind that at least seven 1st team members were missing. The effort against a good side,
despite their lowly position in the league was creditable and if they can repeat this performance
In the league, play offs are a possibility, if they prepare and plan for each match with the enthusiasm
and team spirit they played yesterday, I feel we are in for a treat of good football. Something the
supporters have been waiting for a long time.
 
A special mention to the youth of the club. They are playing with confidence and pace , and are an
added bonus to the 1st team.  Well done lad’s, you all played well. Long may that continue.
