An Overjoyed Stefan celebrates a guaranteed play-off place

If I had a one wish at the start of the season it was to see my team T&M to reach the play off’s –
a realistic but never-the-less, difficult task place on our manager and team, and a task that
seemed at one point, it was slipping away and I began to wonder if it was all possible.
 
However, the players, individually, knew their worth and as a team fought to the last to make
it happen. That spirit, gave them 5 recent wins out of 6 giving them a guaranteed play off place,
with home advantage. A terrific achievement when you factor in that we have the second lowest
goal average of the first eight teams in our division, but only losing seven matches so far this season,
putting us joint second for total matches lost. The strengthening of our midfield and defence has
contributed to where we are in the league.     
 
Whatever happens, let’s see give it our 100% best in our next two matches. 
 
Two matches to clinch promotion, two matches that will define our season, for the team, management,
and supporters, and more importantly the individual players themselves, who deserved recognition, as
football is a team support, and the team to a man, has got us to where we are, and hopefully, with a large 
and record crowd of supporters gathering to see our playoff match at home, it’s going to be electric for
the towns of Tooting and Mitcham.
 
Continue to play for each other and just do your best. You have already exceeded expectation in my book.
 
It’s up to you know and how badly you want it, but you will get the support. That I have no doubt!
