Stefan's view on the Terrors battling 1-0 loss to Farnham in the Surrey Senior Cup last night right.
The team gave a great performance against Farnham Town yesterday, and too a man, they never stopped battling to the end ,despite injuries to Toby and Max, who hopefully will be fit to play on Monday, if not on the 18th of April.
I would like to single out Lewis Jackson, who gave a great captains performance on the pitch and Simeone who came on to to deputise for Toby in goal for the second half.
Again, it was a team performance and based on what I saw last night, they are growing stronger as a unit and if they can replicate that desire and want in our next match, the next two matches look very positive.
I have seen enough to know that they are on the right track. Losing 0-1 to Farnham Town was probably expected, but the attitude on the pitch shown by Tooting was excellent, so I feel very positive for Monday, and again, with a big crowd to cheer the lads on, it could make the difference and give our players the lift they need to keep up the momentum.
