The Little mans Mum comes from the Great (So She Says) City of Liverpool.
She managed to get hold of tickets for the Palace v Liverpool FA Cup game this Saturday and proudly told Anthony that she had got him a ticket for the game….
He told her he was going to Tooting v Walton Casuals because his friends would be there and didn’t want to see either Palace or Liverpool.
Things have been a bit awkward at home this week… LOL…

Yeah, a pair of tickets fell out of my Cornflake packet aswell.
The anorak clad, stripey Nigels v The thieving eternal victims, or The Terrors and the return of the prodigals.
NO CONTEST

Her brother who sent the tickets down is a postman as it goes !!!!!!!!

To try and smooth things over in the Hackbridge house, Harry has promised to take Mrs.H out to celebrate Valentines Day. He's booked a table in Morden for 7.30, it's bound to end in tears though........she's crap at snooker.

Not wishing to besmirch the "good"? reputation of Liverpudllians Harry, but how do you know they are real?
Like Bog End says, it`s a no contest, and you would not like to upset the little fella, you might regret it

I did warn her when the tickets came up that there was a good chance he'd say no to going to Palace v Liverpool but she was sure that he'd turn down Tooting for her beloved red men.... Cost her a fair bit as well....

Well ................ He could do BOTH !
Out of the KNK double quick sharp and on to a tram. Off at EC and jump on the choo choo and a quick walk up the road from Selhurst Station - he'll only miss three of Palace's goals against the Scouse Gits !

What a funny thread - better than the so-called comedies on the TV (no good at snooker lol)! Love it - little man made me smile saying he'd rather be with his friends - that's what it's all about

At the end of the day all turned out well, Tooting won and won convincingly, even with ten men.
Only cloud on the horizon, Palace lost, sorry Roger.
But peace has arrived in the Harrold household.
