How I hope Hastings go down. A nasty, thuggish, mouthy team. And how they finished with as many as ten players on the field only the spineless ref can know. An afternoon to forget.

Personally I felt his first half performance was quite good, but he seemed to loose control during the second half, especially there centre forward, who frequently had his hands and arms all over Knocky but was never cautioned.
So yet another game where from the jaws of obtaining three points we end up with one.
The pity is, that Hastings side has to be one of the worst we have played and even with ten men they did not look like getting anything out of the game, but once again we switch off at the end during a corner, I am sure it must drive Craig and Adam mad, as it does us.

Like you Gary, I was concerned at Bash having to leave the ptich in the manner he did, and I know I can speak for every Tooting fan when I say, best wishes and I hope you are fine, boy do we need you!

I thought we did pretty well under the circumstances. Doesn't matter who you are up against, playing with 10 men for virtually the whole game is a massive disadvantage. Then when you add in the early injury to Bash, and the positional problems that we had, I think Tanner got the best out of a bad situation. Unfortunately we didn't have any subs left for the 2nd half, or that little injection of fresh legs might have seen us over the line. Summers did well even though he was very isolated for much of the game, and Khan did a great job at right back.

I can not disagree with you "Endo" even with only ten men I never thought they would score but when they did, being right at the end of the game our lads must have been shattered so in a way that is a reason, but if you aspire to bigger things then you have to be prepared to leave it all on the pitch.
