Sadly there has been no improvement. Last season we won 17, drew 12 and lost 17 finishing with 63 points in 11th palce.. This season, if we win on Saturday, we will finish with won 15, drew 12 and lost 17 finishing with 59 points, scored less goals and will finish 11th again if other results go our way. We have not gone forward on inch; we have gone back. It is all very well saying that the football has been good, but at the end of the day it is the league postition that counts and there has been no improvment with wins actually down on last season.
My mate Gary and many others have often mentioned that the quality of Ryman South this year has been the poorest for a long time, and I have a big problem to think of a team that has totally outplayed us. This has to make one think that either the balance of the team is not correct or players let their heads drop too easily or the type of football we play is not correct to combat the cut and thrust style of football at this level.
Personally I do not want to see Craig and Adam go yet. Those in charge of the club should have stated in no uncertain terms (if they have not already) where they want the team to be at the end of December and if that postion in the league is not realised it will mean a change in management. I do not think that now is the time to do the dirty as it risks leaving us back at stage one with another re-build to look foreward to.
All the best to Craig and Adam and I hope that all goes well for you.

Me too Boggie.
Very frustrating it did not work out. And very sad for two extremely likable young men who have a great future.

It is such a pity Bondy it will be with somebody else.
I felt with the appointment of them both, and the change of atmosphere both at the club and on here, we were a much better club, and in a much better place, and as the saying goes "Rome was not built in a day" but unfortunately our club had a different view.

DaveM and Bondy - think you both told it like it is. For me, a disappointing second half of the season. Craig was in a position to do something about our discipline but it became worse as the season went on. It seemed as soon as we had a player back from being suspended we had another player sent off. As much as I admire Dan Summers (where would we have been without his goals?) he spends too much time for me arguing with the referee and assistant ref when he hasn't even been involved in the action.
As for Adam Moriarty, Bondy, I never saw him have a bad game. Maybe a better player than assistant manager?
