A Graduate of Staines Town Academy and signed first team there - debut was against AFC Wimbledon in the Surrey Senior Cup.
Then signed for AFC Wimbledon - spent a short term there before leaving to go to St Mary's University.
Attended the Jamie Lawrence Academy for 7 years - as a result I trialled for Hendon and signed there for 2 years.
Signed for Walton & Hersham as a player under John Crumplin and Stuart Mackintosh in 2010 but then stopped playing due to coaching commitments.
More recently in 2011/12 took charge as manager of St Mary's University Mens 1sts and in my first season, the team went unbeaten (only drew 1 game) and gained promotion to the BUCS Premier division - first time in the Universities history (the playoff final was held at Hampton & Richmond where they beat Oxford University to win promotion).
Was recognised for his achievements at St Marys and appointed as a regional coach for the English Universities national team - working under ex pro Brian Dean.
joined Tooting & Mitcham along with Craig and was appointed Reserve team manager. The reserves were extremely successful - we came runners up in the league, losing to Uxbridge on the final game of the season and then the following year the club made the decision to disband the Reserves and then joined up with Craig and Adam as an assistant Coach in the First team.
Has worked very closely with the First team players/staff and everyone connected with the club since joining in 2013 but had to step away from the club temporarily as outside of football as opened up and manage an Estate Agents in Fulham.

Sounds promising what he did with the Reserves.

I am still not convinced that Frank is the one to take us forward. As I previously said that we need someone who has experience in managing in the Isthmian league, and with due respect Frank has not got that, also there is a vast difference in managing the reserves & managing the first team.

My concerns exactly Geoff, what makes him a better option than someone who already has two years experience and knows the players.
And would be under no illusions as to what is expected of him and the consequences if he does not deliver.

Shouldn't it have been " The short corner boys were moved along "
Now that would have been spooky.
Also the last line should have been " What a f*cking waste of time "
Other than that, brilliantly spotted my fellow pea in a pod.

If he runs an estate agents, doesn't he have to be there on a Saturday? I fail to see how this is a way forward. Time will tell but good luck to him, I hope it works not only for him but for the club and us long suffering fans.

Estate agents......Hale and Pace had it right:
I don't get how the university scene and reserve stuff can surpass what CT has done - not knocking Private Pike* as he has achieved much for himself but to cause uproot at T&M and start from scratch on which seems to be a whim is a real kick in the cream crackers......
* - In Dad's Army Sergeant Wilson was seen to be the uncle of Private Frank Pike. However, the storyline alluded to the fact Wilson was in fact Pike's dad.........

It is good to see Frank being welcomed so warmly. Get over it: Craig and Adam are departing and Frank is going to be in charge of the side next season whether or not we the supporters agree with the descision or not. Let's get behind him and adopt a "glass half full" philosophy.

I don't think Steve Adkins has done the new bloke too many favours. As far as I'm concerned he's almost replaced like for like. So why can't Steve Adkins make some sort of statement outlining Frank's strengths and where he sees Frank succeeding where Craig failed. If Steve sees something in Frank that has convinced him that Frank is the new Billy Smith, why not share it with us.
The bland "club statement" doesn't really say anything about anything.

I don't think anybody's got anything against Frank as a person. I think the reaction to Craig's dismissal would have been similar regardless of who was appointed, barring Pep Guardiola or Billy Smith perhaps. Once the dust has settled and we've seen Cheadle rifle in a couple of 'trademarkers' I'm sure Frank will receive the full backing of most people.
Has anyone from KNK been instructed to oil the revolving door with WD40 yet ? I reckon there's going to be plenty of comings and goings during the summer.
I received a text from everyone's favourite Golden Goal ticket seller yesterday saying that Lewis is cup-tied for the final having already played for Harry's other team and Billy Marshall is going to miss the game because he is flying to Australia........It's not that far, can't he fly back for the game ? That's just the sort of lack of commitment to travelling to away games that has let Craig and Adam down so badly this season.

I must agree with both ENDO and BEU what other reaction would you expect from loyal supporters who bought into the philosophie of Craig and Adam.
Had a long talk with Craig after the awards, and all I will say is "their are always two sides to a coin" and hopefully the full truth will come out after the cup final, but I doubt it.
I still feel this is an incorrect move, I hope I am proved wrong but I can not see it, all I will say is look at Burgess Hill Town.
How long was that team in the building, three years! and where did they finish.
I rest my point m`lud.
