Supporters club awards
Dan Summers won the player of the year award. Alimi came second and Gordon came third.
Dan Summers also got the goal of the season award, but I forget which game it was.
Best game of the season was the Bishops Stortford home game.
And despite a lot of competition, the worst game was voted as E Grinstead at home.

I thought Gordon was second and Alimi third.
Dan's goal of the season was his 25 yarder against Walton Casuals at home.
Apparently Knocky came 4th in the player of the season voting.

You are probably right. I was a bit disappointed that there were no manager's awards or even a players' player of the year. No committee awards either.

There was a shock result in the 'Programme Editor of the Season' award, there was only one contender, nominated by a certain Mrs Penn of Coulsdon but the final result was ' No Votes' although we did receive 24 spoiled ballot papers.......like they say "There's always next season".

Sadly (or should that be gladly ) I didn't go to that game but I thought the Trophy game against Aylesbury was pi$$ poor too !
p.s. Who's this Mrs Penn of Coulsdon - she's not related to the SHIRLEY branch of our clan ! 
p.p.s. Mr Ultra told me he was going to do the programme next season as he reckoned nobody else could do any worse

Endo: I understand the awards for all parties were planned for the evening of the 8th May, the evening of the charity game. As i and others are not available that evening AND most supporters were in the bar after the game we decided to go alone and announce the supporters POY on Sat

Two different things Endo.
Don't forget that, although many of us don't get to experience it, the club is much, much bigger than just the 1st team.
Last years presentation evening had trophies and medals for numerous T&M sides with many proud parents in attendance and a very thoughful speech from Craig.
