I see that Crawley Down have suffered their 2nd successive relegation. I seem to remember they started 3 seasons ago like a train and led the league for a while. But now they are in Sussex League 2.

There would have been plenty of that if I had eaten one of those. As soon as I saw our burger aficianado, Statto take his one back, I dcided against attempting to consume one!!!!

Was that the famous occasion when Statto was witnessed eating a salad?
I wondered why.

From Wikipedia:Crawley Down Gatwick play their games at The Havens Sportsfield, Hophurst Lane, Crawley Down, West Sussex, RH10 4LJ.The ground had floodlights and hard standing in 2007, to meet the requirements for entry into Sussex County League Division One. In 2012 railings were added to the pitch so the could continue to play in the Isthmian league.
