    Our Friends in the North

    I've had a soft spot for Glossop North End Football Club ever since one of their supporters the late Adrian ' Glossopade ' Priestley posted on our forum a while back. On Saturday Glossop played in the FA Vase final against North Shields at Wembey in front of over 9,000 fans. Glossop were beaten in extra time after having taken the lead.
    I know how they feel

    Cheer up Boggie, they did win their league by a mile this season.
