I'm flattered by your description Greg and yes, I have lost just a little weight.
But I think my 87 year old Mother was probably moving better/faster than me after I foolishly agreed to volunter as a trainee on a 2 1/2 hour tennis coaching session on Friday afternoon.
Polsden Lacy. A thoroughly lovely place to visit chaps. No real ale though.
