Excellent battling performance from the youngsters in what was the best game I've seen so far this season. Went one down against the run of play midway through first half but drew level before the break.
Seemed to be cruising to victory as our third goal went in ten minutes from time with croydon reduced to 10 men however in the final 5, croydon were awarded a pen which was well saved however the penalty taker got to the rebound ahead of our defence and in the dying moments, with a man advantage, we conceded again and the tie went into extra time.
Croydon then remarkably took the lead again five mins into the first period of extra time only to be pegged back again by a well worked Tooting goal. But there was more to come and midway through the second period the young Terrors went in front again with a long range effort and then managed to see the final few minutes out to hold on for a hard earned 5-4 victory. Next up, Ramsgate or Phoenix Sports away.

A thoroughly enjoyable match.
Liked the look of both No 7 & No 10 - Isiah Jones and Luis Da Silva I assume from the Team Sheet.
Probably a crazy idea but I wouldn't mind seeing Jones in particular as a sub for the first team, to be used
if we had a really good lead in a match.
Credit also to Croydon for making it a great game.
