Its been confirmed by the manager. I'm not surprised, Jordan has been on the bench for 10 successive games without getting any action.
So I expect Ollie Treacher will get injured in the 1st minute tonight!

Yet another player, who in my opinion has been trated rather shabbily, and dare I say it, connected to Craig!
Their must be a surfeit of good central midfielders at the club to have let him go, not to mention the odd goal, or more, he can contribute.
I do hope we are not going to return to the revolviing door policy we all ejoyed? a couple of seasons ago.

I'm not sure its been too shabby. He got dropped after the Corinthian Casuals defeat, and unfortunately for him, the defence has generally looked a bit stronger since.
And we don't know how the management see him - is he a left back or a centre back. I think when Siaw was injured for the Whyteleafe game and the manager selected Sol Patterson-Bohner ahead of him I think it showed that they consider him a left back. And Treacher has done nothing wrong to be subbed or dropped.
So I would say its just been a bit of bad timing for Cheadle.
Anyway, didn't he get Stefan Cox sent off that time????

Personally Endo, I felt the writing was on the wall away to Whitstable, no Daryl as he was injured so he moves Sol Patterson to the middle, and Knocky to full back, straight away the message from the manager, in my opinion to JC was, go find another club, which unfortunately it appears he has.

I'm also led to believe that Merrick James-Lewis (1 x sub appearance) & Leo Mazzone (2 appearances) have also gone.

Leo Mazzone looked a decent player in the little we got to see of him, but he did sustain a serious injury to his knee which I imagine was fairly long term (i.e. a few months). In that situation the sensible thing to do is to let a player go because it frees up budget to get resources in ASAP, rather than continue to pay someone who can't play. (Or do they not get paid when they don't play at this level??)
It's a bit cut throat but it does make sense at our level. Note - I am assuming this was the case RE the injury and it being long term. I don't claim to know that this definitely is the case. Pure logical speculation
Not even sure who Merrick James-Lewis was!

Disappointed about Jordan to say the least. After seeing Frank convert "Elton John" ( as we used to call him) from a forward in the reserves to a left back, I thought he might convert Jordan to an attacking midfielder but alas it was never to be. He is still the best long passer of a ball I have seen playing for Tooting for many a year. Hope we are not a victim of one of his ferocious freekicks on the 6th October!

You are not alone in your thought`s Danny.
Personally I hope he does come back and score, as long as we still win, It might make the manager think again about how he asesse`s players, or is the Met manager wrong as well?
Roll on Tuesday.
