Danny, A superb posting,  not a word out of place.

Danny your email, punctuation allowing, was spot on . But we the Tooting faithful love the roller coaster that is Tooting. We moan when its cultured football on the floor, not getting consistent results but good to watch and follows the Academy ethos and structure but prefer the hoof it style they are used to - then complain when it doesnt get the results. So get rid of Tanner and Moriarty . They get Hamms in for his experience to support the latest managerial trialist who promptly gets fed up and leaves. This leaves an inexperienced manager without any knowledge of non league, not even played at that level i dont think (help someone?) little experience or know how to fend for himself . But amazingly then fall in love again with the footy on the floor buuuuut we lose. 
But fear not Adkins who admits he knows little about football but its his money so.,... brings another person with at least an A license (at least a good move for the academy) but with little non league experience in alongside Frank . Now what ever we think it doesnt matter!! Adkins does not hear the fans and he doesnt care . He loves the kerching of the tills but will not invest in a decent manager . Now if Adkins is telling Frank that his job is safe ('dont worry about Whitstables only victory against us and the 2 out of 3 wins Hythe got? son your job is safe.
Frank must keep his knives in a safe place otherwise Adkins may just be using the same knives that Frank himself used on his best mates Tanner and Moriarty ....but that is Tooting and we must love it cos we keep going back for more.We might not go to every game but we care just as much. 

roger understand perfectly what you are saying.of course i accept that steve owns it all what i am asking is that he stops trying to think that he knows enough to appoint managers when he clearly doesant,when you dont know enough be honest to put your hand up,and say so.

If he had full control Gary, he would leg it with the float from the bar.

I was scrolling through this thread thinking about how I might best respond to the plea for some change from Danny (in his second posting above).
And then I found 59er had summed it up.

Change is about all we have had this season!
And although we now have a(nother) new coach and can probably expect some new recruits shortly (this is not me boasting if any insider knowledge) to bolster the squad what we surely need is a period of stability so that our team can become..........a team.

I agree Bondy but Adkins has a funny way to keep the First team stable we had 2 years of stability with assurances of a three year plan and he blows the doors off on a whim ...or on the advice of key people in the club who know about the game ???? stability is the key but for ANY manager or assistant manager or coach hired by Adkins there never will be ANY guarentees afterall there isnt a track record to prove it is there?
