Well, I can answer one of my questions below! Jamie Byatt has joined Whyteleafe and is available to play tonight!

Mmmmmmmmm - Not good !
Didn't stay at "home" long then !

I do not think you could blame him, due to our inefficiency to play to his strength`s we were making him look an ordinary player, so much so that he barely featured in the game.
Good Luck Jamie, wish you all the best and sorry it did not work out.

Can't say I'm surprised. He didn't look best pleased about being on the bench on Saturday. Good luck for the future, Jamie!!!!!
So where does that leave us now???

Still without a recognised goal-poacher, still one place above the drop zone, still without a discernible pattern of play, still trying to stumble accidentally upon a winning formula, still going to games more in hope than expectation, still wondering why Summers wasn't pampered into staying, still staring into the abyss................
Still be there tonight though.......................COME ON YOU STRIPES

It is concerning that we have now lost a 30 goal striker and a 25 goal striker but retained the services of Chendlik, Baxter and Salako - I'd love to know how many goals they scored last season.

I'd better bring my boots tonight I think.

Tartan mate, you can't go round kicking the manager in the boll*cks.......we're better than that.

And he scored on his debut against East Grinstead

They probably played with the big man up front to support him, something we never did, and were not able to do. I will say it again I would have liked to see him paired with Chendlik, but we will never know now if it would have worked.
